Written on Jan 17, 2013 at 03:40 AM by Maryanne Pinney Hello

My son, Luke Pinney (Date of birth 1st May 1989), received treatment at your hospital after being involved in a bike accident on 10th October 2012.

He can't remember anything that happened or being at the hospital, suspecting he was heavily concussed. He received stitches in the back of his head, his left cheek and chin.

I am need to get a medical report stating nature of his injury that our insurance company needs.

I understand from Thai Tourist Police that he was at the hospital between 2.30pm and 1am the following day.

Hoping you can help out
Written on Mar 13, 2013 at 08:38 AM by Hubertus Mayer I was staying in Maharai Hospital last year for 3 month after a accident. I have to complain that your nurses take away all my important belongings and not give them back, when I was discharged in April 12 last year.
I'm missing my Smartphone, worth about 10.000 Baht and my keys from my apartment. One nurse speak one other nurse wanted to "charge" my phone, so she brought it at her home. And surely not brought it back when I was discharged. I'm very angry about this. The same thing happens to my keys. Your nurses take them away and never take care in the end, so I lost them as well. We have had to broken up my door!
Always everything quick quick, nobody shows interest for you and in the end all in hurry and they not give back your belongings. I was informed that this is very common!! For what the nurses take away my things? That they don't get lost in the room. Ha ha ha! And then nobody of your nurses take care about the things the putted away. Here is the Hospital number of the invoice: 3400971. Best regards
