Supa bee farm was founded by Somboon and Supa Yawilert in 1985 at 779 Mool Muantoy MaesaWaterfall lane, Chotana road, Rinthai, Maerim, Chaingmai. The bees were imported form Taiwan. They were called Apris mellifera, a kind of commercial bees.

Firstly, there were 10 beehives however, this numbers have been expanded to be 1,500 hives now. The bee products are royal jelly, bee pollen, bee wax, propels and bee venom, they are all natural food supplements. When consuming regulate weight and increases vigor and physical strength. The products of Supa bee farm are distributed widely in Thailand. In addition, it is an open farm as eco-tourism attraction with sharing information and knowledge to students and interested ones both Thai and foreigners. Bees are wonderful commercial insects.
